Delivery FAQ
Tracked 24 is Royal Mail's regular service with a delivery aim of 1 working day (Mon-Sat). Special Delivery is a Next Day before 1PM service (Mon-Sat) (Next Day from dispatch), and is of a higher service reliability for when delivery next day is critical. We offer a refund of the Special Delivery charge if the item is not delivered the Next Working Day before 1pm. (Some Rural Postcode Exceptions Apply). Both services require a signature, only Tracked 24 can be left with a neighbour if the receiver isn't home.
